Who we are...

Mike & I own and run a boutique lavender farm with farmstay accommodation in Cave, South Canterbury.

To give you an idea of what brought us to lavender farming - We spent many years living and raising a family in the South of France, where I always said you could never have too much lavender in your garden... So, in 2021 when we were living in Auckland, I stumbled upon a lavender farm for sale just at the gates of the Mackenzie Country. We sold up in Auckland and bought it pretty much sight unseen. Excellent decision!

Mike has a background in horticulture, and I have directed my passion for cooking into creating natural soaps, lotions, salves etc. with the range of lavender essential oils we harvest.

We make everything ourselves here in the South Island using our very own essential oils, from our hand-harvested varieties. We keep our products natural and gentle on ourselves and the environment.
